MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON THE 6TH MARCH 2018

 

Proposed Cllr. C. Fielding Seconded Cllr R Fielding that “Minutes of the meeting held on 6/3/18 be signed as a true and correct record.” All present in favour

 

 

 

ARISING FROM MINUTES.

 

  1. Travellers – Plan for Gethsemane Park has been called in. Appeal hearing will be held on 2/5/18 in Chester.
  2. Ground Maintenance- Chairman awaiting date for a meeting with representatives of CW&C. With regard to litter, new guidelines have been issues by the Government that litterlouts are to receive penalties of up to £150.
  3. Wind Farm – E-mail received relating to the increase in fly-tipping around the Frodsham wind farm.
  4. Gowy Group – Meeting will take place at Cheshire Fire and Recue Service, Cliff Lane, Lymm WA13 0TE on Monday 16 April at 6pm.

 

 

 

CLERKS REPORT.

 

  1. Police – Bulletins from Crime Commissioner passed to all councillors.
  2. Hob Lane verge – Clerk had reported to Network Rail.
  3. Data Protection – to be put on next agenda

 

 

 

CORRESPONDENCE.

 

  1. Local Boundary Commission for England – Electoral review of Cheshire West and Chester – Final Recommendations – Review has now been completed and copies of report forwarded to all councillors.  It is in line with the views of our council.
  2. CW&C Local Plan, Part 2 Land Allocations and Detailed Policies – Details passed to all councillors
