MINUTES OF A MEETING OF DUNHAM HILL & HAPSFORD PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON THE 6TH FEBRUARY 2018 AT 7.40PM IN THE VILLAGE HALL

MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON THE 2ND JANUARY 2018

 

 

 

Proposed Cllr Chairman Seconded Cllr Shore that “Minutes of the meeting held on the 2/1/18 be signed as a true and correct record.” All present in favour

 

 

 

ARISING FROM MINUTES.

 

 

 

  1. Travellers – The date for the court case to be heard is 15 February in Manchester.
  2. Ground Maintenance – Chairman gave an up to date report on present position.
  3. Gowy Partnership – Next meeting will be held on 16/4/18 at 6.30pm at Cheshire Fire & Rescue service, Lymm.

 

 

 

CLERKS REPORT.

 

 

 

  1. Police – All bulletins passed to councillors
  2. Gullies and drains – A56 40 mph section and Village Road have both been brushed. 50 mph section of A5117 and A56 should have both gullies and drains cleared. A meeting is to be arranged with CW&C to discuss the Village in general. Cllr. Johnson, together with members of CW&C had taken a walk through the Village and looked over issues raised by the Council.
  3. Horns Farm – Awaiting report from Enforcement Officer.  Clerk to follow up.

 

 

 

CORRESPONDENCE.

 

 

 

  1. Cheshire Community Council – Best Kept Village Competition – Proposed Chairman, seconded Cllr Singleton that ‘Parish Council does not enter this competition’. All present in favour.
  2. Connecting Cheshire – Letter to confirm that Connecting Cheshire to upgrade broadband has been completed.
