MINUTES OF A MEETING OF DUNHAM HILL & HAPSFORD PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON THE 3RD OCTOBER 2017 AT 7.40PM IN THE VILLAGE HALL

MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON THE 5TH SEPTEMBER 2017

 

Proposed Cllr Jones Seconded Cllr Roberts that “Minutes of the meeting held on the 5/9/17 be signed as a true and correct record.” All present in favour

 

 

 

ARISING FROM MINUTES.

 

  1. Travellers – Cllr. Johnson reported the present position
  2. Landfill site – The covering of vehicles has improved. Chairman to invite manager to our next meeting.
  3. Gowy Partnership – Report of the meeting held on 19/9/17 was given by Chairman.
  4. Defibrillator at Hapsford – Proposed Chairman, seconded Cllr. Fielding that ‘Clerk order new box for the defibrillator’.  All present favour.
  5. Litter bin, Talbot Road – Clerk awaiting decision from CW&C.
  6. Furniture painting – This has now been completed.  E-mail from resident had been received thanking the Council for having the work carried out.
  7. Ground maintenance – The matter is being progressed
  8. Windfarm – Minutes of meeting held on 16/6/17 have been circulated together with the agenda for the next meeting on 13/10/17 at Castle Park.

 

 

 

CLERKS REPORT.

 

  1. Police – All relevant papers passed to councillors
  2. A56 Drains and Edges – Clerk to follow up
  3. Manley Mere – Clerk had reported to both Police and CW&C that buses have been using Village Road to get to Manley Mere
  4. Light, Church Lane – Clerk had reported this and awaiting repair
  5. Potholes, Manley Lane – CW&C will investigate and appropriate action taken

 

 

 

CORRESPONDENCE.

 

  1.  Voneus – Siting of mast at Wood Farm. Council have no objections
