MINUTES OF A MEETING OF DUNHAM HILL & HAPSFORD PARISH COUNCIL

 

HELD ON THE 5th JUNE 2018 AT 7.40PM IN THE VILLAGE HALL

 

 

 

PRESENT Cllr Tiplady in the chair.  Cllrs Singleton, Moore, Roberts & Cllr. Johnson.

MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON THE 1st MAY 2018

 

 

 

Proposed Cllr Moore Seconded Cllr Singleton that “Minutes of the meeting held on the 1/5/18 be signed as a true and correct record.” All present in favour

 

 

 

ARISING FROM MINUTES.

 

 

 

  1. Travellers -Cllr. Tiplady gave a report of a meeting held on 2/5/18.
  2. Windfarm – Agenda for the meeting to be held on 18/5/18 had been received and passed to all councillors
  3. Landfill site – A report of the meeting held on 4/5/18 was given by Cllr. Tiplady
  4. Data Protection – Amendment to the Bill means that Parish Council’s need not appoint a Data Protection Officer.

 

 

 

CLERKS REPORT.

 

 

 

  1. Police – All bulletins passed to councillors
  2. Village Matters –
    1. Fly tipping – Clerk had reported several instances of tipping. CW&C have only one camera which they will use in Dunham in the future
    2. Grass cutting – Reported to CW&C but still to be carried out
    3. Water leak, Hob Lane – Reported and work has now been carried out.
    4. Audit – Annual governance notice put on all notice boards

 

 

 

CORRESPONDENCE.

 

 

 

  1. British Geological Survey – Written report of the meeting on 17/5/18 had been received and passed to all councillors.  Discussed and Clerk to put on next agenda
  2. J F Polo Academy – Councillor Johnson gave a report of the present position regarding the events to be held in 2018.  Clerk to put on agenda for next meeting
  3. CW&C Wildflower scheme – Cllr. Jones had proposed the area at the bottom of Church Lane/A56
