MINUTES OF A MEETING OF DUNHAM HILL & HAPSFORD PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON THE 5TH JANUARY 2016 AT 7.40PM IN THE VILLAGE HALL

MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON THE 1/12/2015

 

Proposed Cllr Moore Seconded Cllr Jones that “Minutes of the meeting held on the 1/12/15 be signed as a true and correct record.” All present in favour

 

 ARISING FROM MINUTES.

 

  1. Railings, Hob Lane - Clerk to obtain quotes for post and rail fence
  2. Website - Ready to go live
  3. Speeding, Village Road - Clerk was notified that police would put into position speeding guns on Village Road on 19/12/15. To date, no results have been received.
  4. Wind Farm -  Report passed to all councillors
  5. Defibrillator - This is now on order for Hapsford
  6. IGas - Sub-committee made up of Chairman and Cllr. Moore and Cllr Singleton`
  7. CW&C, New Homes Community Fund - Questionnaire completed and returned.

  1. Police Bulletins passed to all councillors

 

CORRESPONDENCE.

 

  1. CW&C Grant assistance for ground maintenance - Proposed Cllr. Tiplady, seconded Cllr. Moore that 'Council apply for grant of £250.' All present in favour.
  2. 4 Village Marathon - Road closure notices put on all notice boards
  3. North West Air Ambulance - Proposed Cllr. Tiplady, seconded Cllr. Moore that 'Donation of £50 be allocated.' All present in favour.
